By accessing or using any part of the jilliee Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your Account.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jilliee with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
By completing the jilliee registration process, clicking "I Agree," or continuing to use the Platform after any update to these Terms is posted, you indicate your unconditional acceptance of the current version of these Terms.
The minimum age to register and use jilliee is 21 years old, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to real-money online gaming. jilliee strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. jilliee reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close Accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
The jilliee Platform is intended for use by players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is permitted under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of jilliee does not violate any law applicable in your jurisdiction. jilliee makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for access from locations outside the Philippines.
Each Player may hold only one Account on jilliee. Multiple Accounts held by the same individual, household, device, or IP address are prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, jilliee reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void any Bonus Funds, and withhold any balances pending investigation.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your jilliee Account. You are responsible for updating your Account information promptly if it changes. jilliee may require identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a Philippine national ID, passport, or proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or Account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilliee login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. jilliee will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure.
You must notify jilliee immediately through live chat or email if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. jilliee may suspend an Account as a protective measure pending investigation of suspicious activity.
jilliee reserves the right to close or suspend any Account, at its sole discretion, where it has reason to believe that a Player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the Account presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
All funds deposited into your jilliee Wallet must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya / PayMaya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability and minimum / maximum limits as displayed at the time of transaction.
All balances are held in Philippine Pesos (PHP). jilliee does not charge deposit fees, however your payment service provider may apply its own transaction charges. Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed on the Platform and are subject to change.
jilliee is not a bank or financial institution. Funds held in your jilliee Wallet do not earn interest and are not covered by any deposit protection scheme.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted from your jilliee Account dashboard at any time. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed. jilliee may request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.
jilliee targets processing of approved e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) within minutes of approval, subject to payment provider processing times. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. Processing times are indicative and not guaranteed.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the Platform. jilliee reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests. Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant bonus.

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game round, jilliee reserves the right to void the affected round and return wagers to Players' Wallets. jilliee's decision in such matters is final.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilliee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to gaming outcomes, technical malfunctions outside jilliee's reasonable control, or third-party payment processing delays.
jilliee's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits jilliee's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
jilliee's collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using jilliee, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy as it may be amended from time to time.
jilliee reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via the email address registered to their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the change takes effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or regulation. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the jilliee Platform shall first be submitted to jilliee's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of submission, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
