5. Legal Basis for Processing

jilliee processes your personal data on the following legal bases under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173):

• Contractual necessity: Processing required to fulfil our service agreement with you — including account creation, transaction processing, and game delivery.
• Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable Philippine laws, including KYC/AML obligations, gaming regulatory requirements, and tax reporting.

6. Sharing Your Personal Data

6.1 Service Providers

If jilliee becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a minor, the Account will be immediately closed and all associated data deleted, with any deposits returned through the original payment method where possible.
